As a final project for the course, you are asked to come up with a plan for transform a traditional business into a digital one using any of the technologies,
platforms and strategies seen throughout the subject. You need to pick one (1) existing firm that has yet to implement any digital aspects to its business model
and start building a plan for it.

Among the details you need to cover within your plan are the following (but not limited to):

• What is the business model of the company?
• Describe the industry, segments, competitors, and suppliers these firm deals with.
• Which product or business line would you propose to be transformed?
• Conduct a brief SWOT analysis of the current state of the digital presence of the firm.
• Which are the current distribution channels and which ones will be the new channels when transformed?
• Describe how will the firm deal with the management of Customer Relationships.

Formatting specifications:

• Delivery format: PDF file
o It can be submitted in forms of a PPT presentation/dossier or a Word document.

• Wordcount: 2000 Words
• Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.
• Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
